Breakfast Quinoa Oat Raisin Bars

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend 1 cup of the oats in a food processor until a fine powder.
  • Mix blended oats and rest of ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Butter a 13x9" casserole pan or cake pan and press mixture firmly into the pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until edges start to turn a light brown.
  • Cut into bars when cooled.
  • These can be stored at room temp if eaten within a couple days. Otherwise, you can freeze them and get out one at a time or as needed.
