BLT Macaroni Salad

"This yummy salad is full of BLT flavor and a croud pleaser. Its easy to make and good pared with your favorite chicken recipe. Add it to a tortilla and make it a sandwich wrap or pare it with a sandwich. Not to mention its great at BBQs. :-)"

• Ingredients: 12
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• diced green onion
• diced tomato
• 8 -10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3⁄4 cup sour cream
• 16 ounces uncooked macaroni
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, with a pinch of sugar added
• 1 cup roughly Baby Spinach or 1 cup any lettuce

directions

1. Cook your macaroni as directed. Then run cold water over it until its cool and drain.
2. In a large mixing bowl mix together remaining ingredients then add your macaroni until well combined.
3. Keep refrigerated.
