- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
directions
- Combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth. Add more milk to thin it up if needed.
- It makes 2 servings.
