12th Night Wassail

"A hot beverage. Sweet & tangy with a little spice to it! Wassail is a traditional beverage that was used in rituals to bless fruit trees in England. A piece of toast soaked in the drink would be hung on the branches while everyone else drank & sang. These ceremonies took place on the 'old twelfth night', which is January 6th."
