Steamed Codfish, Yoghurt and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 150 g cod, fillet
- 4 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 medium potato
- 1⁄2 piece yellow onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 pinch pepper
- 10 g broccoli sprouts
Directions
- Dry the cod fish with a paper towel. Slice it into bite-sized pieces then toss in a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and yoghurt. Mix well.
- Mince the parsley and finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes then cut into 1-cm cubes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain before using.
- In a small bowl, toss in the chopped onions, drained potatoes and chopped parsley. Add mayonnaise, cornstarch and a little bit of pepper.
- Add the codfish with the yoghurt marinate in the bowl. Mix the ingredients well then cover or wrap with a microwave-safe cling wrap.
- Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes using 600W. Mix then put on a plate. Add some sprouts on top before serving.
