Sauce for Fish Tacos

This is my favorite sauce for fish tacos. Use it with my posted recipe for fish tacos or use frozen fish fillets, warmed corn torillas, and shredded cabbage for a quick and delicious dinner. Time does not include resting time.

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup nonfat yogurt or 1⁄4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  minced garlic
• 1  tablespoon  chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and let sit 1/2 hour to let flavors develop. If you like your sauce a little thinner just add a bit of milk or water and mix it.
