Peanut Butter Banana Shake (Smoothie)

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 -2 handfuls of crushed ice (4 - 8 ice cubes)
- 1 banana (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
