Pasta with Beef, Broccoli and Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, spray 12 inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over med-high heat.
  3. Add beef to skillet; sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown.
  5. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes and broth; reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and simmer about 10 mins, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
  7. Mix cornstarch and worcestershire sauce, stir into beef mixture.
  8. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  9. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  10. Toss beef mixture with pasta.
