Ingredients
- fruit (Grapes, watermelon balls, canalope balls, strawberry halves, etc.)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Alternately thread fruit onto skewers.
- For dip, combine yogurt, banana, honey, and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth.
