Cornbread Mini Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Mix ingredients in order listed above.
- Grease Mini Muffin Tin.
- Fill each cup until level.
- Bake on middle rack for 15-18 minutes.
