Cilantro Cream Sauce

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 jalapeno pepper, stem and seeds removed
- 1 bunch cilantro, coarse chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, smashed with the side of a knife
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 8 ounces plain yogurt or 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, if needed
Directions
- Place jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic in a blender or food processor with the lime.
- juice and puree. Add the yogurt while the machine is running and blend until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning and add salt or additional lime juice.
