Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄4 cup light margarine
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix both kinds of Splenda with margarine until combined. Add applesauce, yogurt, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir flour mixture into margarine mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonful onto greased or lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing to cooling racks.
