Bar Nothing Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 1⁄2 buttermilk
- 2 garlic cloves, roasted and minced fine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons parsley, fresh
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper, fine ground
- 2 ounces pancetta, diced fine, fried, drained and cooled
Directions
- Using a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, and pepper to taste.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- In sealable container stir in pancetta.
- Refrigerate 2 hours before using.
