Artichoke Feta Dip (Hot)

My version of the traditional feta artichoke dip. I've made it a little healthier and people never notice the difference. Show more

Yields: 1 5/8 liter casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all ingredients together (except paprika).
  3. Place mixture in a pie pan or casserole.
  4. sprinkle top with paprika.
  5. Bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
  6. Serve with pita chips, bread, tortilla chips or crackers.
