Dad's favorite way to make popcorn!
Directions:

Pour the oil into a medium sized stainless steel stock pot and turn on burner to medium heat, keeping the lid off.

Heat for about a minute and then pour in the 1/3 cup kernals and put on the lid.

Wait until rapid popping has subsided and turn off burner, keeping the lid on a little while longer.
4
Pour popcorn into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and enjoy!

GOSH! What a smart idea! Why didn't I think to use olive oil in place of vegetable oil! I have been air popping for years and tastes like foam peanuts lol! My mom always made popcorn this way but with the veg oil. I can't wait to try it this way. Thanks for sharing this tip! =) Update: The olive oil gives the popcorn a nice flavor, You don't need butter. It tastes great all by itself.
