- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 3⁄4 cup cold water
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt (regular or lowfat) or 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt (regular or lowfat)
- honey, to taste (optional)
directions
- Using a blender, combine limeade concentrate, banana, and water until smooth.
- Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
