They are also really good when dipped in Honey Mustard. We marinated them in the Fat Free Ranch overnight as rocked.

  1. Combine cornflake crumbs and parsley.
  2. Combine dressing and water in another bowl.
  3. Dip chicken into dressing mixture.
  4. Cover with cornflake mixture.
  5. Place on lightly sprayed non stick pan.
  6. Bake 8 minutes or until tender in a 425 degree oven.
