Traditional style bread from the river Kalajoki area in Ostrobothnia, Finland.
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Mix milk and salt.
- Add the flour, mix and form it by hand into a flat bread, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with butter and cold milk.
Easy to make and was much better tasting than expected!
