Bothnian Flatbread (Finnish maitorieska)
- 1⁄4 liter milk
- 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4-1⁄3 liter barley flour
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Mix milk and salt.
- Add the flour, mix and form it by hand into a flat bread, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with butter and cold milk.
