Great with any Asian style salads. From the Weight Watchers cookbook Pantry Pull-Togethers
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk to combine. Or alternatively add ingredients to screw top jar and shake until blended.
I dressed cold soba noodles, shredded veg and cold roast pork with this. It was good, but I think low sodium soy would make it even better. I threw in half a red chilli for a bit of bite.
Good! Served over coleslaw and spring onion mix.
I love the calorie count on this recipe! I used reduced sodium soy sauce to try to cut back a tad on the sodium. The ginger and cilantro were really good in this. Thank you Sarah!
