I'm a pathological dieter. I've been on a diet for 5 years. That means every day, throughout my twenties, a significant amount of my waking hours have been spent considering what to eat, how and when to eat it, and then feeling guilty for having eaten. I know the number of calories in every food, beverage and condiment. I'm walking handbook of food criteria, trivia, and other somewhat useless information. I annoy friends, family and myself. But I've won.
