I'm a home schooling Mom with too much to do and not enough time to do it! I've really taken off this year with canning lots of home grown items from my Dad's garden and mine too. We recently purchased a wheat grinder and I'm trying to perfect a consistently good loaf of bread for a weekly treat! My cooking philosophy is it should be fast and good! I love the site and refer to it often for canning, backing, and 'use-it-up' recipes.
