I am a married mother of one. I work full-time as an EMT-I on an ambulance. I love to cook, decorate cakes, and can fruits and veggies from my garden. I can make just about anything - except bread/rolls from scratch. My aim is to become a much better bread baker. My best friend and I started inviting some ladies to have a luncheon once a month where we make food from a different country each month. We just did Iraq this month. Next month is Brazil. We study about each country and it's cuisine, then find recipes and assign them to everyone. We strive to make things that none of us have had before.
