I've always enjoyed making food, but wouldn't consider myself a cook or chef. My family lived in the US for five years a while back. Because of it I have a special bond to turkey and all the fixin's, pies (shoo-fly pie, anyone?) and what I call american dressings (blue-cheese, ranch and honey mustard). So, here I am, lurking and trying to out different recipes, one at a time
