I'm a 21 year old vegetarian student, and I'm finally realising that a diet of cereal, fruit, soya milk, salad at work, and the occasional take-away pizza is not only incredibly monotonous, but probably missing out on several important nutrients. So I'm trying to learn to cook, and any recipes that I think are successes, I'm going to post here for future reference. I'm also going to make good use of the recipes I find here.
