Work full-time & part-time, but still have plenty of time to cook for my family! I collect cook-books like a fiend, love to scrapbook, watch our boys play tennis, be outdoors and of course, cook! Would love to talk to other "country cooks" (I don't do fancy), and am always looking for new recipes to try! My most popular dishes (around town and with the family) would probably be my Breakfast Casserole, Peach & Blackberry Piebler (it's a cross between a deep-dish pie and a cobbler), and my Chicken Spaghetti (which took me a couple of years to "tweak" before coming out to what we think is perfect!)
