I've been working in professional kitchens now for 7 1/2 yrs, I started out young and have kept my passion for cooking. I've worked for Marriott and several country clubs. This has given me a strong base to grow in an, the ability to create off the wall ideas and give them a try. Many if not all my recipes have been made simple to cook, because of where there used, and time a customer is willing to wait.
