I love cooking and baking so much that people give me cookbooks all the time. On my birthday this year, I received a 365 page book dedicated solely to pies! The same person gave me a beautiful pink book on how to cook pork with pictures and great French recipes. i have a couple of Thai and asian cuisine books, but I can't seem to get a handle on the indregients or be confortable enough to use them. I'm just so used to Italian ingredients that I have to learn to use ginger and shitake mushrooms and other spives that are foreign to me when it comes to cooking. in the meantime, I enjoy eating out when it comes to Asian food and love to get some great food at Ginger II or Thai Garden.
