I never even boiled water until I wound up with severe food allergies that have forced me to cook. If anything I prefer to bake, which is ironic because I am allergic to yeast. My talents that make "dough rise" lie in business, that's why I am a consultant. My husband has food allergies too. So between the two of us we have to reinvent or modify nearly every recipe we come across. We are "food challenged"!! LOL but have a sense of humor about it.
