Hi, I am a Chef by trade, I work hard trying to find the prefect recipes, I love to bake and roast, I aim to make all my own foods rather then buy pre made stuff. it can be hard though especailly when i work long hours. I am a single mum of one and boy he can eat and he is very fussy so i like to find new creations all the time.
