I have been interested in cooking forever it seems! I like to provide great food for my family and friends. I like to keep it simple mostly, as I work full time and have kids at home. My mother is English and my father is from the Southern US. I love Paula Deen, she so reminds me of my Grandmother! I collect recipes and have tons of cookbooks. (Too many actually, I need to get that organizd!)
