I am a recent MSc graduate, and aside from my studies, food is a passion of mine! I love to experiment and I really enjoy asian food; however as my family has lived in the south of England for hundreds of generations I have nobody to teach me how to cook authentically! Most of my creations are therefore a bit of a fusion of styles and variations on interesting recipes. As well as weird and wonderful food I also enjoy making old-fashioned british stuff... pies! Toad in the hole! Chips!
