I am the mother of 5 and the granny of one. Even though I could function in the kitchen, I am starting to learn how to really cook. My boyfriend is of Greek heritage, so I am trying to learn to cook some Greek things, but I'm not ready to play with Phyllo yet. Would you believe his grandmother used to MAKE it herself? Apparently he learned how to cook a lot of things from her, but no one was allowed in the kitchen when she made Phyllo. (I think she used bad words!)
