I have always loved to cook and modify recipes. My mom 'winged' her cooking so much it's hard to repeat exactly what she did! I completed a correspondence course in cooking many years ago. I would love to attend cooking classes or even a complete course, like Cordon Bleu. Currently I am attempting to make foods from my mother's recipe box - many are in Portuguese and have to be converted into standard measurements.
