A new wife and a new mother. Its the middle of winter in Upstate NY. Right now I gotta lotta of time to cook. American all the way. Like I said before I am from Upstate NY. Upstate NY, equals small Town. Therefore, the grocery stores carry very little. I like simple recipes that use ingredients you would always have in your home. I think food is good when it is cooked perfectly. Foods that use many spices and herbs are overwhelming and cover up something lesser of the food. I believe it is also a great recipe if the dish itself looks pretty. Looks of a dish are just as important as cooking perfection.
