I am not really good at this part, talking about myself that is. I grew up in Tampa,Fl. and left for Indianapolis, In. when I was 18 yrs old.In Indianapolis there is a wide viarety of ethnic foods which I explored all of, at least tried too! I have worked in every aspect of the business from fast food to full scale gourmet restaurants and loved every minute of it. I have always had a love for cooking and exploring new ideas with food ever since I can remember. My mother was a huge influence in that, although she swears she can't cook! But don't let her fool you, she couldn't have raised a 6'4" son on chef-boy-r-dee and mac 'n cheese, right? When I got to Indy I started working in the restaraunt industry and really, in 16 yrs I've worked in all aspects of that industry, from serving all the way up to head chef and management. I enjoy the business - working with people, cooking their food and knowing they are going home full and happy. Along the way I have learned a lot of things and experimented quite a bit with some great dishes but, of course, some of them the garbage can enjoyed more than I did! Hopefully, some of these "out of the goodness", of course, someone will try and like them and let me know. Thank you for stopping and taking the time to read about me. Peace, Love, and Food to all.
