By profession I am a Realtor and Notary Public. I am also an amateur chef who loves to put new spin on old recipes. I love preparing more exotic recipes such as escargot in various ways; lobster thermidor seafood newberg, New England clam chowder along with the traditional fare for the Holidays. My newest endeavor is molded chocolate candy. I am married with three grown children and five grandchildren. I love boating and fishing, especially if I can eat what I catch.
