Hi I am a 38yr old Chef who lives and works in Brisbane Australia. I am the head chef at a fasionable hotel built just after the turn of the last century. My passion is food, 'and i'm not afriaid to use it'. Fresh is best naturally, and I enjoy using a miriad of fresh indriedients available to us in Australia today. My pet hate, is turning up to dine and receiving some mush passed of as fresh, I mean really, get a grip. Bon Marche.
