I moved to Utah from California this year to get married, and I haven't gone back to work yet. This is my first year growing a garden. We planted 5 zucchini plants, 5 tomato plants, 3 cucumber plants, 3 bell pepper planrs, 9 broccoli plants, corn, cantalope, and watermelon. I am harvesting about 10 to 15 lbs of vegetables a day and always looking for recipes to freeze or can our garden vegetables. I love to cook and bake, and I have a very extensive cookbook collection, but recently have turned to the internet for many of my recipes.
