I learned to cook at an early age, as mom was always making something from "scratch." My experience grew in Boy Scouts where I learned to plan meals for 5 to 10 scouts for up to a week at a time. I have accumulated about three years experience cooking in various restaurants. Currently, I am the head chef at my home in Virginia Beach, where I do all of the cooking for my family.
