I'm a middle-aged man-child who found out 2 years ago I have Ciliac disease.  This changed my entire diet and I've worked hard to find things not only that I can eat, but that we all can enjoy so I don't prepare separate meals for myself.  I work from home, so I do most of the cooking for my wife and teenage son.  I grill year round and prepare at least 3 dinners a week on the grill.
