I suffer from the combined wammy of hypothyroidism and I'm diabetic so diet is the most important thing in my life. Of course excersize comes up as the second most important thing. I've been working hard to regain my health and to create healthy eating in my home. Much to everyone's delight I've come to settle on a vegetarian diet that includes small portions of meat. So I've been converting vegetarian recipies into nutritional exchange plan recipes with some success and failure depending on the experiment.
