I generally work about 12-14 hours a day on the computer, and because of my background in nutrition, herbs, natural health and healing, I know how to eat healthy :) , but I just don?t have much time to prepare foods that take more time? So I have developed a way of preparing most of our meals very quickly with the least amount of time and effort, but also attempting to retain the most amount of nutrients. Most of these recipes take about 15-20 minutes to prepare from start to finish. I also have some you can put into the oven and go back to work for an hour, then come back and dinner is ready; simple, quick, easy, and mostly gluten free, usually vegetarian.
