I am currently a chef's apprentice in Kansas City, working towards my ticket out of this region. I've been all over the USA and Europe, sampled many cuisines. In my miniscule amount of off time, I write, play and record music in my home studio. I love to cook, but like music, I'm finding that the foodservice industry is one that sucks the passion, beauty, and fun out of the art that I love so much.
