As an Hispanic cooking has always has being part of me, so when I move here my life change beacause I quick learn I will not eat the same food I use to so I have to figured out how to bring my recipes back to my new home so decided every time I visit my relatives I will make part if my homework to shop for all my Hispanic spices so I can bring a little bit of my root back home with me, then got bless by traveling and tasting different dishes make it up to me to cook a variety of dishes and the challenge is accepted so hope you enjoy my book of recepies:)
