Hi I am a previous restaurant owner, corporate event planner, corporate food service manager. I am a total foodie and miss the business. Currently I am a salon owner and once the business meets a certain profitability I plan to open a small eclectic cafe, a small culinary supply store and a specialty food distribution business. My ONLY pet peeve - I live in the most beautiful part of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, but there is no culinary scene. It's all pizza and American-style foods. However, I have found a few niche restaurants.
