I am on a low carb diet for the rest of my life. I am trying out all sorts of recipes not only from the internet but from my own kitchen. I am not particularly fond of soya flour and am trying to find recipes that can be used (such as a pizza base) that taste almost like normal food. I have a problem in that I do not want any of the recipes to interefere with my ketones.
