I don't always have a lot of time to cook but I enjoy it when I get a chance. I like realistic recipes with typical American ingredients. Church cookbook recipes are a real favorite. I tend to alter recipes to suit my own tastes. I've learned a lot about baking from my Mother but real everyday cooking from my Mother-in-law. They are both amazing at their own specialties. I don't know if I'm a great cook but my family thinks I am. Which is what matters most to me.
