I love to cook with real food. I shun processed foods and artificial anything. I'm not afraid of fat and/or butter, and I don't use grain-derived oils. I like my beef grass-fed and my chickens pasture-fed, so they get some grubs and worms. And please don't inject my meat with "flavor enhancers" and, while your at it, leave the bones in there. The bones are loaded with flavor and goodness. I'm famous for my sauteed mushrooms to which I add a special ingredient. My favorite restaurant is the Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabasas, CA.
