Ever since I was a young girl, I enjoyed being in the kitchen. My Father was an awesome cook who could throw something together without a recipe or exact measurements. It was hard to get information on his recipes, because it always involved a "pinch of this and a handful of that". But everthing he made was wonderful. I am a Principal Broker at Re/Max equity group and have been in the business over 30 years now. Besides my job, cooking is the other passion. I really don't have a favorite cook book... I have tons of cookbooks. I do enjoy the one that have more pictures :) I love Thai food (although really haven't managed to cook a lot thai dishes) but will usually try anything once. I guess my biggest pet peeve is the huge mess I make when I am "creating" but that's is part of the whole package, right?
