Retired and living in county of Devon SW England. Cooking was a hobby before I got married back in 1973. Continued to cook daily ever since. My all time favourite is Prawn Biriani. I like cooking Indian food more than any other. We also cook Oriental style dishes. We buy local organic Vegetables and Organically Reared meat. No favourite restaurant as we rarely eat outside our home, unless we go to a local Pub with a good reputation such as The Sea Trout at Staverton Totnes Devon. We stopped going to other formerly favourite pubs for meals since so many of them have become gastro pubs - the very name sounds like an illness. We hate food with cultivated fancy language and style when honest good food needs none of that nonsense. You can detect the bad thinking behind bad food just by monitoring the silly linguistics that gets invented by fools who are only in the business to be competitive and make mega money. Their heart is not in what they're doing.
